The box office is located INSIDE THE LOBBY and is accessible from either hallway leading in from the parking garage entrance. Follow the posters away from the garage and towards the towers.

Credit Card Verification Policy:
For safety and security reasons, tickets purchased by credit card may only be purchased by the actual credit card holder. Arena Theatre and it’s official ticket vendor use a credit card verification system that will only process allow tickets to be printed and mailed to persons orders whose name, address, and phone number match that supplied by the actual credit card’s issuing bank.
Facility Fees:
Tickets purchased for Arena Theatre events are typically subject to a non-refundable per order facility fee. These fees are necessary to offset ticket order processing service fees, phone/call center services, ticketing vendor fees, internet provider services, ticket stock and other ticket expenses. These fees are always non-refundable regardless of cancellations or postponements.
Ticket On-Sale Information:
Events are generally posted as soon as they are on sale and may be announced as early as a week prior. Accessible Seating:

Tickets and Children:
Discounted ticket prices for kids are SOMETIMES available for various shows. Age restrictions and the amount of the discount vary by event and are at the discretion of the touring act. Arena Theatre must rely on parents, guardians and those responsible for supervising children under 13 to decide which events are appropriate for such children to attend. Additionally, Arena Theatre cannot prohibit minors from visiting this site and advises you that parental control protections (such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services) are commercially available that may assist you in limiting access to material that may be deemed harmful to minors.
Purchasing Tickets:
All Arena Theatre events can be purchased directly at the box office, by phone at (713)772-5900, through authorized ticket outlets or online at arenahouston.com. On some occasions promoters that RENT the Arena Theatre may allow tickets to be available through other outlets. If such is the case the website event will note it.
Will-Call Tickets/VIP Passes:
• A confirmation number, picture ID, and the credit card used to purchase the tickets are required to pick up tickets at the box office.
• Will-Call tickets purchased through official Arena Theatre points of purchase, by phone or over the Internet are available for pick up 2 hours prior to the event start time and can be picked up at the designated will-call window.
• Tickets or passes left by touring personnel usually arrive in the box office approximately one hour before the event start time. Unfortunately, the Arena Theatre box office personnel have no way of knowing who is to receive tour personnel tickets until they are delivered to the box office by the tour company.
• Box office will not accept will call tickets left by patrons
Lost/Stolen Tickets:
The Arena Theatre is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged ticket(s). The ticket(s) cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. All sales are final.
Cancelled or Rescheduled Events:
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately placed on the Arena Theatre website and information may be sent via phone and/or e-mail if contact information was provided at time of purchase. However, please be aware that there is no way to ensure that every ticket holder will be contacted. Local media may provide cancelled or rescheduled information as well.
If an event is cancelled, refunds will be be issued by the box office or through the point of purchase. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored at the new date. If you are not able to attend the rescheduled date a ticket of similar value or a credit voucher may be available for a future event of your choice. Please be aware that special or third party rental events may not be included.
Refunds:
There are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled, tickets may be refunded at the box office or point of purchase. If a performance is cancelled and is not re-scheduled, the Arena Theatre may issue a refund for the FACE VALUE of the tickets ONLY and any fees over and above the FACE VALUE are NOT REFUNDABLE, including, but not limited to, facility and ticketing fees.
Inclement Weather:
All shows at Arena Theatre are “rain or shine” events. Only in extreme inclement weather are shows cancelled or postponed. In these situations, you can visit this website, call the box office or listen to the local media for any updates.
Thermal Tickets:
As a security measure, tickets printed for Arena Theatre events are printed on thermal paper. The writing on the face of the tickets is burned onto the ticket surface rather than printed. Tickets stored in cars, especially in glove boxes or on dashboards, or in other places of extreme heat, may turn completely black and become unreadable. This can happen even if they are in an envelope. Should this occur the Arena Theatre Box Office may not be able to issue lost ticket passes if the original seats cannot be determined unless proper contact information was provided at time of purchase. Tickets should be returned to the box office to determine if they can be replaced.
Backstage Passes:
Backstage passes can never be purchased. These passes are supplied by touring personnel only. Backstage passes are very limited and usually only provided by radio stations, fan clubs, or artist management. Many radio stations hold contests to win the backstage passes to meet your favorite star. Also, several artists take time before or after each show they perform to meet the members of their fan clubs. Arena Theatre personnel cannot give or sell backstage passes to patrons or give out tour personnel information.

Specific Terms of Use
Ticket Usage Conditions:
Your ticket is a revocable license to the specific seat and for the date and time (unless event is rescheduled) listed on the front thereof. Arena Theatre reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission or to eject any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language, or who fails to comply with the rules of the theatre. Unauthorized resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without a refund. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen or counterfeit, and if so may be void. You agree not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event, performance, or exhibition for which the ticket is issued. You acknowledge that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and grant permission to utilize your image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event. You may not bring alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, professional cameras, recording devices, laser pointers, strobe lights, irritants (e.g., artificial noisemakers), bundles and containers of any kind into the premises. Your ticket is valid only for the event and seat for which it is issued. Your ticket is not redeemable for cash. It is unlawful to reproduce your ticket in any form.
Event date and time are subject to change. You assume all risks and danger incidental to the event for which your ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event, and you voluntarily agree that the management, venue/facility, artist(s) performing, participants, participating clubs, Arena Theatre and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents and representatives are expressly released from any claims arising from such causes. Your ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes) or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the theatre, artist and/or promoter. The use of professional cameras, video, or audio recording equipment is prohibited unless otherwise indicated by Arena Theatre, artists, or promoter of the event.
Proprietary Rights:
This website, including all website software, databases, proprietary information and other materials provided on or through the website, including any data, text, designs, graphics, images, photographs, illustrations, audio and video clips, logos, icons and links are owned and operated by Arena Theatre and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other laws. All marks, logos, names and photographs appearing on the website are trademarks of their respective owners.
Privacy:
By visiting this website and providing us with your contact information at the time of ticket purchase, you agree that you are expressly and affirmatively consenting to our use of the information that you provided solely to receive notifications on upcoming Arena Theatre events.

Non-financial information may be used by the shipping company, if one is selected, to deliver the tickets to you. Some financial information may be used by Arena Theatre to identify you as the customer who purchased tickets (e.g., the last four digits of your credit card number and/or zip code). We may provide your financial information during dispute resolution and customer service at Arena Theatre on the date of the event. We may disclose specific financial information when we determine that such disclosure is necessary to comply with law, to cooperate with or seek assistance from law enforcement or to protect the interests or safety of Arena Theatre and it’s respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents and representatives.
