Fall in love again with one of the greatest vocal groups of all time-The Lettermen. They bring back the best of memories with their instantly recognizable, rich, close harmony sound. The Lettermen will be at the Arena Theatre – Houston’s home for live music in-the-round – performing all their hits such as “I Only Have Eyes For You,” “Theme From A Summer Place,” “Goin’ Out of My Head/Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You,” “The Way You Look Tonight,” and many more.

The Lettermen harmony has been non-stop from their first hit in 1961 – “The Way You Look Tonight” – through current hits of today. Eighteen Gold Albums worldwide, scores of top singles, and over 10,000 sold out concerts attest to a popularity that has spanned generations. International audiences from Japan, the Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, to France, Mexico, and Saudi Arabia prove the music of these true entertainers transcends all barriers and warms the hearts of millions.

They debuted their first record with “That’’s My Desire.” The B-side was “The Way you look tonight.” The song shot to No. 13 on the Billboard chart. The group’’s second single that year did even better, “When I Fall In Love,” establishing The Lettermen as the most romantic singing groups of the sixties and getting them voted best vocal group of the year, “Come Back Silly Girl” reached No. 17 and The Lettermen’’s debut album “A Song For Young Love,” hit the Top 10, their first of 32 straight Top 40 Albums.

They continued to stay on top with beautiful harmony and love songs, with hits like: “Theme From A Summer Place,” (from the Sandra Dee/Troy Donohue film) the classic Charlie Chaplin song: “Smile,” “Our Winter Love,” one of the most love Holiday albums ever recorded: “For Christmas This Year a “Live” album, and perhaps the group’’s most loved and requested hit: “Goin” Out Of My Head / Can”t Take My Eyes Off You.” And the magic continued with hits like: “Up, Up and Away,” “Hurt So Bad,” “Shangri-La,” “Put Your Head On My Shoulder,” the John Lennon penned “Love.” and With hits like: “Cherish / Precious And Few,” “World Without Love,” “If You Feel The Way I Do,” “Feelings,” “What I Did For Love,” and Donny’’s own “Thank You Girl,” the group has proved over and over again that they would continue to be a force in the recording industry.

They envision offering the faithful and all pilgrims a space for learning and experiencing the presence of God amidst the noisy and chaotic world as we continue to be a prophetic witness to the compelling and urgent message to “put out into the deep and let down our nets.”
